LENNY WILLIAMS
FOUNDER
I've spent over two decades at the intersection of communications, equity, and human-centered storytelling — working across major media companies, nonprofits, and post-conflict zones, often all at once.
My corporate career spans Warner Brothers Discovery, 21st Century Fox, and Hunter PR, where I led global internal communications strategies, built equity and inclusion programs from scratch, and learned how to make complex, high-stakes ideas land for audiences who weren't always ready to receive them.
In 2009 I founded Mandala House, a nonprofit that brought trauma-informed healing practices to war-affected communities across Sri Lanka, Burundi, Uganda, and the DRC — training more than 225 counselors working with youth in post-conflict zones over a decade. That work sits at the center of everything I do: I am genuinely drawn to the places where change meets resistance, and I know how to help organizations move through it.
What I bring to purpose-driven organizations is a combination of strategic range, editorial instincts, and an activist's sense of urgency. I'm curious about what motivates people, honest about what isn't working, and committed to building things that last.
